Get Rewarded in Just a Few Steps – Here's How It Works
- Fill out the referral form on this page. Enter your information and your friend’s information.
- One of our awesome community managers will get in touch with your friend to schedule a tour.
- Should your friend think we’re as amazing as you do, they’ll sign an agreement to start a BrightWorks membership.
- You’ll cash in on your reward! Watch the $100 credit roll into your BrightWorks account.
- As a token of appreciation, your friend will also receive a $100 credit for signing up for a membership!

Is there a deadlines to join this program?
The doors are always open! There is no deadline to participate.
What are you going to do with my friend’s information?
Don’t worry! We are not going to spam you or your friend. We’ll respectfully send your friend an email mentioning that you referred them and invite them to come in for a tour. We’ll also share information with them about what makes this place so great and how our memberships work.
When will I know if my friend signed up?
You will be notified through Archie when you are eligible to receive a referral credit. If you don’t hear from us and you think you’re eligible for a reward, please email our community managers.
How do I get my reward?
Rewards are applied as a credit to the account of the referrer. Your reward will be applied to your Archie account the month after your friend enrolls. If your reward exceeds your membership cost, the remaining amount will be applied the following month.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
You will be able to refer up to 5 new friends.

Day passes are not eligible for this program.
