About BrightWorks Bookshelf
The BrightWorks Bookshelf is a quarterly book club open to both BrightWorks members and the broader Ann Arbor business community. Each session features a different title focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, or business strategy, chosen to spark fresh ideas and meaningful discussions.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own insights, challenges, and experiences to the table, creating a collaborative learning environment that supports professional growth and networking.

The first BrightWorks Bookshelf is hosted by Jeff Hauptman, CEO of Oxford Companies and a long-time champion of Ann Arbor’s business community. As a successful entrepreneur and community leader, Jeff is passionate about continuous learning and sharing ideas that shape strong, resilient businesses.
We created the BrightWorks Bookshelf to bring people together around the books that have inspired some of the world’s most impactful leaders.
