All of BrightWorks Forest Cove meeting rooms are located in a tranquil office park adjacent to Botsford Preserve, less than ten minutes away from downtown Ann Arbor.

Food & Beverage

We welcome you to bring lunch or other refreshments to BrightWorks to complement your conference schedule. 

For small or casual meetings, you’re welcome to bring coffee and pastries, deli trays, bagged lunches, and the like from any food service provider.

If you’re interested in a more comprehensive catering experience, requiring setup, breakdown, and service staff, we invite you to choose one of the reputable vendors from our preferred caterers list. These well-respected partners can also assist with renting tables, chairs, linens, or other special touches for your meeting, if your group requires furnishings that are different from what we provide in-house at BrightWorks.

Alcohol

BrightWorks Forest Cove welcomes the service of alcoholic beverages by groups who hold the proper insurance and service credentials.
