Perhaps BrightWorks’ most unique meeting space, the Einstein “Living Room” is set up to challenge the norms of traditional conference rooms. Comfortable seating is found throughout, including a sectional sofa, soft chairs and ottomans, and a flexible furniture piece that can be arranged in multiple configurations for a creative, meaningful gathering of bright minds.

About Forest Cove

All of BrightWorks Forest Cove meeting rooms are located in a tranquil office park adjacent to Botsford Preserve, less than ten minutes away from downtown Ann Arbor.

Furniture: Einstein includes one sectional sofa that can comfortably seat four people, as well as four individual soft chairs and one small soft sofa. There are several ottomans and a unique flexible furniture piece that can serve as seating for several people as well. Counter space is also present for meeting materials or catering. Additional types of furnishings may be available upon request.

Parking: Parking is free and plentiful at BrightWorks Forest Cove.

Food & Beverage

We welcome you to bring lunch or other refreshments to BrightWorks to complement your conference schedule.

For small or casual meetings, you’re welcome to bring coffee and pastries, deli trays, bagged lunches, and the like from any food service provider.

If you’re interested in a more comprehensive catering experience, requiring setup, breakdown, and service staff, we invite you to choose one of the reputable vendors from our preferred caterers list. These well-respected partners can also assist with renting tables, chairs, linens, or other special touches for your meeting, if your group requires furnishings that are different from what we provide in-house at BrightWorks.
